Bumper, charcoal Holden Acadia, 2024 Polymer composite over steel substrate. Impact damage: hairline fracture along lower fascia, retaining clip failure at points 3, 7, 11. Restored 2025 by unknown technician using OEM-spec fasteners and heat-weld method. Duration of repair: 47 minutes. Note the compression marks along the inner lip— these are not defects but evidence of use, the way a river leaves its argument in stone.
