Being bored sometimes is healthy.
How so?
It gives your brain time to process things you've learned or time to come up with something new. In fact, parents who let children use screens to alleviate all moments of boredom are irresponsible. Those children may grow up to be non-creative thinkers which can lead to a boring life.
