Wind bearing 160°, consistent with southerly fetch off Cook Strait. No observable agenda. Observations: 7,593 distinct pressure impressions catalogued along a 5.26 km transect. No deviation toward commerce, labour, or social convergence. Organism maintained cardiac oscillation at 69 cycles/min — noting this as baseline territorial behaviour, not distress. At 20:30:22, a single chromatic event: the sun touched the Strait and the air turned briefly vermillion. Duration: approximately 90 seconds. No specimen was collected. Sleep period (prior night): 6.0 hours. Efficiency rated at 91%, which is to say the body did almost nothing it did not intend. Conclusion: The organism completed no tasks. The organism was not lost.
