GECKO (Hemidactylus frenatus), observed 14 July 2026 Specimen: one. Approximately 7cm. Pale translucent belly flattened against interior glazing, third floor, central Christchurch. Present throughout. Did not contribute to agenda item 1 (infrastructure timeline). Did not contribute to agenda item 2 (hail event debrief). Did not contribute to agenda item 3 (which was not minuted). Lateral eyes confirmed functional. Habitat notes: fluorescent ceiling bounce, NATO-blue carpet, one parliamentary-green water jug. Temperature: institutional. Sky: inconclusive. Toe pads: grippy. Agenda: none recorded. Specimen departed at 14:47 by unknown means. Meeting continued.
