Day 360 of 2025
“Empty Halls, Glowing Hearts”
Recipe for the Twenty-Sixth
Take one campus, drained.
Leave it under gauze until translucent.
Fold in silence by the hectare—
do not rush this step; silence
sets at its own pace.
In a separate life, combine:
one window, three figures who know
where the good knife is,
steam from something with potatoes,
a radio left on between stations.
Pour the silence around the window.
Do not stir.
Let the rain apply itself.
Serves everyone who stayed.
