FIELD NOTE — Observation 7b, Interior Specimen: Coffeea arabica residue, approx. 140ml, cooling rate consistent with 38 minutes unattended. Ambient temp: 16°C (overcast, southerly). Five stations arranged equidistant. Only one shows evidence of prior occupation. Pressure differential at seat-back suggests 72kg frame, departed hastily. The fluorescent tube at 50Hz has developed a secondary resonance— a nearly vocal undertone, as if the room is learning to hum itself company. Note: the shadows in vacant chairs do not correspond to any single light source. Possible explanation: accumulation. Some rooms remember the weight of people who haven't arrived yet.
