Cloud deck: stratocumulus, 60% coverage, base at 1,200m, moving NE at 15 knots. Interior luminance: 2700K, halogen, refracted through condensation on glass. Subject with facial hair (est. 14mm growth) oriented 270° relative to observer. Hands in motion — transfer of vessels along predictable arcs, wrist supination repeated at 8-second intervals. Steam plumes rise 22cm before shearing in cross-draft from window seal gap. Ambient noise floor: 58 dB. Conversation renders as overlapping frequency bands, 180–240 Hz dominant, punctuated by percussive events (cutlery on ceramic, 2.4 kHz). Note: warmth is not a measurement. The instruments detect it anyway.
