A boy of thirteen crouches at its jaw-line. Neither blinks. Exhibit B: A shelf of sculpted hands, forty-three in number, reaching toward the ceiling. A girl of ten reaches back. Provenance: unknown. Exhibit C: A figure, mid-construction, untitled. A boy of two stands directly below, head at maximum tilt. Dog beside him, also looking. Exhibit D: The adults. [Object missing.
