PERSONAL REPUBLIC OF THE THIRTEENTH OF APRIL
Article I โ The citizen shall be present at the cafรฉ table. His hair retains veto power.
Article II โ The morning call marked FREEDOM shall be ratified. The pre-dawn sky shall serve as witness.
Article III โ Concerning the lost wallet: the police station visit is hereby enshrined. The queue was long. The form was longer.
Article IV โ The invoice frowns. The clock frowns. They have agreed to frown together indefinitely.
Article V โ The birthday. The question mark candle. The republic declines to comment further at this time.
Article VI โ The book shall remain mid-air between the broken chains for as long as necessary. There is no amendment for this.
Article VII โ In the matter of the towel:
The towel, slightly larger than logic demands, draped over the rail in the bottom corner, to which no dotted line yet leads โ the towel remains under advisement.
The republic reserves the right to return to the towel.
The republic has always intended to return to the towel.
